Before founding Finquity, I spent over a decade building and operating Anchorage Contracting Solutions, a commercial and industrial contracting firm established in 2015. In that role, I was directly accountable for project budgets, construction schedules, contractor coordination, and delivery across complex renovation and capital improvement projects.That experience provided firsthand exposure to where real estate business plans most often break down: during execution, as timelines shift, costs move, and assumptions are tested in practice
