My experience in construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects ultimately led to the creation of Finquity Capital.
Before founding Finquity, I spent over a decade building and operating Anchorage Contracting Solutions, a commercial and industrial contracting company established in 2015. In that role, I was directly responsible for project budgets, construction schedules, contractor coordination, and the delivery of complex renovation and capital improvement projects.
That experience provided firsthand exposure to the operational realities that influence investment outcomes. Construction timelines change, renovation projects encounter challenges, costs move, and business plans are tested through execution. Managing those variables requires discipline, planning, and accountability throughout the life of a project.
